Refund policy

Do to the custom and handmade nature of my items, HuntersTreasures does not offer any refunds or exchanges. If the item you received is damaged or incorrectly sized please contact me so that I may try to remedy the situation. Please note that incorrectly sized means you ordered one size and received another, NOT that the size you ordered does not fit. Sizing charts are always available and may differ slightly from retail stores, especially womens sizes. Please review it carefully prior to placing order. If you have any questions at all regarding fit, please contact me prior to purchase. I am always happy to offer custom sizing based on personal measurements free of charge.

In general we cannot accommodate any cancellations unless they are requested the same day of purchase. Because every item is handmade to order I generally restock fabric and cut patterns out within a very short timeframe of an order being placed. If for any reason you want to cancel please message me, but understand that if fabric has already been ordered or cut specifically for you that the cancellation request will be denied.
