Customs Policy

Everything in this shop is handmade to order by me in my home studio.

My studio (and home) is pet/smoke free and all fabric is pre-washed and pre-shrunk in free & clear detergents and on the safely highest heat to ensure you get the best final product! Shipping is not included in pricing. I offer Priority Shipping which includes insurance and tracking info. Shipping currently is $8.75 for 1-2 items and $15.50 for 2+ items (I will determine the smallest box your order can fit in upon invoicing and charge you for the cheapest option). Turn around time varies depending on the volume of orders currently in the queue. Normal turn around time is around 20-24 business days, however during the holidays it can sometimes grow to 6+ weeks. The current TAT is always shown in our VIP Group on Facebook. Your items are made in the order of payments received. Please remember this is an estimate and not a guarantee. I am a one woman show and a mom of 3 so things can and sometimes do pop up that delay me. If you need your item by a specific date please tell me that when ordering so I can make sure to get it to you in a timely fashion. If you ever need more info on TAT please don't hesitate to ask! PreOrders run on a different turn around time. Preorders specifically refer to purchasing items which the supplies necessary to make are just starting/still in production (I.e. custom fabric being printed). This means I have to wait for my supplier to finished producing the items, ship to me, and then I have to prep the supplies and make your items. Preorders usually take anywhere from 4-8 weeks for me to receive, up to as long as 12-14 weeks. This is before my normal turn around times to prep and make your orders. I will always give an estimate of timeline when offering preorders but cannot guarantee anything other than how quickly I can get them out once I have the supplies in hand. Please do not place a preorder if you do not want to/do not feel comfortable waiting possibly 12-15 weeks for your order. I will always keep you guys updated on the progress of any open preorders. Refunds will not be offered on preorders due to time lines. Because of the handmade to order nature of my shop I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an error on your order please let me know within 2-3 days of receiving and I will try to rectify. If you have any issues aside from damage/defects please let me know, I always do my best to make my customers happy. I have sizing guidelines for all items and always suggest measuring to ensure best fit of your item(s). That being said please understand I cannot accept returns/exchanges because the wrong size is ordered. Please review invoices before you pay, as you will receive exactly what's on that invoice. If your invoice says size L short sleeve shirt and you receive a size L short sleeve shirt, it will not be exchanged for a M even if you had told me at another time you think you are a M. I often make the order weeks after sending the invoice so I have to go by what the invoice says. Please remember that I am a work from home mom of 3 small children. I cannot be available 24 hrs a day, though I do try to make myself available as often as possible. In general holidays and weekends are devoted to my family and Mon-Fri is my normal work time. Everything I do is to support my babies and give them a good life so please give me grace in responding to inquiries
