My journey with sewing began at a tender age of three, under the loving guidance of my Grammy, who introduced me to the enchanting world of yarn crafts and needlepoint. This early passion blossomed into a pursuit of a degree in Apparel Design and a stint in the vibrant heart of NYC's Fashion District. Although the bustling city life wasn't quite my scene, my love for sewing and creating endured long after I bid farewell to that world.
Fast forward a few years, and I found myself with a bouncing baby boy, reminiscent of his mama with his endless limbs. Regular baby pants simply weren't cutting it! Determined to keep his little legs cozy through his first winter, I whipped up some thermal leggings. Soon after, I crafted us matching Christmas pants, and that's when I stumbled upon the marvelous world of Etsy. Thus, HuntersTreasures was born, named after my little muse.
Nearly a decade later, I find myself running my cherished shop while nurturing my precious ones at home—it's truly a dream come true.

When my little Hunter developed special sensory needs, I made it my mission to ensure that my creations were sensory-friendly. I steer clear of elastic, exposed seams, and rough fabrics whenever possible. Sizing information is thoughtfully included directly inside the garment, sparing sensitive skin from the annoyance of itchy tags. And with a wide range of fabric bases, there's something to suit every preference—whether it's breathable fabrics or irresistibly soft and stretchy textures.
